Cancellation Policy

Starting February 1, 2022, certain missed and cancelled appointments will be subject to a $50 fee.

This fee does not apply to COVID vaccine appointments

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING POLICY:

1. Any appointment cancelled with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged a $50 fee.

   This includes telemedicine appointments.

2. Any missed appointment will be charged a $50 fee

3. If you present more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you may be charged a fee and rescheduled.

4. You must call the office at 781-770-4064 to cancel an appointment. Please do not email to cancel.

Please note that this charge is not covered by insurance.
