Northeastern University COVID-19 Vaccines 2024-2025
Holtzman Medical Group is partnering with Northeastern University to provide easy access to COVID-19 vaccines for the Northeastern community. Staying up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations is one of the most effective ways to protect yourself and others against the virus. We will offer the Moderna vaccine with updated KP.2 composition.
This page contains all the information you need to know about receiving your COVID-19 vaccine on campus this fall. Please note you must be in the United States in order to access our booking site. All bookings will be available 1 week prior to clinic date, please see schedule below.
Cost and insurance
There is no out-of-pocket charge for the COVID-19 vaccine. If you have health insurance, your insurance provider will be billed for the vaccine and its administration of the vaccine. Please bring your insurance card with you to your appointment.
Eligibility
Eligibility for these clinics is limited to members of the Northeastern community.
Anyone who has not yet received the updated COVID-19 vaccine is eligible to receive one at this clinic. We will be administering the updated 2024-2025 Moderna vaccine. The flu vaccine may be available at upcoming clinics.

Prior Infection
People who recently had SARS-CoV-2 infection may consider delaying their COVID-19 vaccine dose by 3 months from symptom onset or positive test (if infection was asymptomatic).
How to Schedule an Appointment
To schedule your COVID-19 vaccine appointment, select an available clinic date and time, complete the registration form, including your health insurance information, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, you can do so through the same portal or contact barb@holtzmanmedical.org. While limited walk-in spots may be available, scheduling an appointment is strongly recommended.

You can get a digital copy of your vaccination record using our patient portal. Click on My Health> Medical History.
