How do I register for the patient portal?

Navigate to our home page, scroll down to the bottom right, and click “Log In To Your Patient Portal.” Follow the instructions to sign up for a patient portal account. You can also request a password reset email. If you have any problems, call our office at 781-770-4064.
How do I put in a refill request for my medication?

You may request a refill through the patient portal or call the office at 781-770-4064 option 6.
How long does it take for my medication refill request to be completed?

Our providers will take up to 72 business hours to submit your refill requests to the pharmacy.
How long does it take for my lab results to come back?

Our providers will review and publish your lab results up to 5-7 business days after results have been received.

An annual physical is an evaluation of your overall health. This is a preventative measure to ensure you get to maintain good health.

What is the cancellation and no-show policy?
Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance by calling 781-770-4064. This applies to both in-office and telemedicine visits.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be documented as a “No-Show.”
Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment will also be documented as a “No-Show.”
Arriving more than 10 minutes late or after half of the scheduled appointment time (whichever is less) may be considered a “No-Show.”
Each “No-Show” will result in a $50 charge, which is not covered by insurance.
Patients with three (3) “No-Show” appointments within a 12-month period may be subject to dismissal from the practice.
